Sheila Earland earned her bachelors degree in business from Lewis University. Previous positions include caseworker with the Illinois Dept, of Public Aid, now known as DHS, case manager for New Moms, Inc. and other social service agencies. Now as executive assistant to Dr. Ira J. Chasnoff, her duties include scheduling all of Dr. Chasnoff's appointments, speaking engagements, out of town travel, pre-adoption consultations and coordinating all Leadership Institutes. Ms. Earland has a real desire to help children and their families and enjoys her role at Children's Research Triangle.
