Our therapy team provides outreach services to some of Chicago’s more underserved communities thanks to The Illinois Attorney General’s Violent Crime Victims Assistance Program and generous grants from the McCormick Tribune Foundation-Holiday Fund, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade Foundations and also Hedge Funds Care.
We are currently collaborating with Family Focus Lawndale, Holmes Elementary, House of the Good Shepherd, SOS Children’s Village Chicago and Family Focus Englewood to provide more clinical services to children and their caregivers affected by community and/or interpersonal violence. Our goal is to provide specialized trauma-focused services for children and families in these communities who have limited access to therapeutic interventions.
