Andria Emerick assists Dr. Anne Wells in the research department with data
collection and communication between other clinical sites located in
southern Illinois. She graduated from Lindenwood University with her
bachelor.s degree in social work and minors in psychology and sociology.
She has since worked as an advocate and crisis line worker at a domestic
violence shelter, a developmental trainer and instructor for adults with
developmental disabilities at WSMRCA/Austin Special, and a caseworker and
child welfare worker for Easter House and Adoption World. She also acted
as an artist in residence for the Thresholds Theatre Arts Project where
she was an aid to adults with mental illness in their artful expression
for the Chicago Festival of Disabilities.
